Friends around the Campfire

John once said that, after he was gone, he would like his friends to have a big party and tell stories about him, and he hoped some of the stories would be good ones!

This is a place for all Friends of John Denver to gather around the campfire and share your stories and memories of John, so post here and join the party!

Allison said: Hi Everyone - Update on Proposed Trip to Aspen 2012.

Unfortunately we do not have a sufficient number of people interested to make the proposed trip viable, so it will not now go ahead as planned. This is quite sad as this year is likely to be the last year that a number of the "official" events, such as the Annual Tribute Concerts will take place.

Thank you to everyone who did express an interest in the trip, we still have Denver Day and the other events that are planned for this year to look forward to, so I hope to see many of you at some point in the year.
