UNICEF Concert Poster

The United Nations Children’s Fund www.unicef.org.uk is the only global organisation working specifically for children/children’s rights. They work with local communities and governments in more than 160 countries to help every child reach their full potential through long term and emergency work on health care, education and protection for children at risk.

In 1979 John was one of several artists who performed at the Music for UNICEF Concert, at which he donated the royalties from Rhymes and Reasons to the charity.
